Tuesday, 3 March 2015: The Gaston Browne-led Antigua & Barbuda Labour Party (ABLP) government will be taking another of its tourism and community development projects to the people of the southern community of Old Road on Wednesday, 4 March 2015

The Callaloo Cay Resort Development at Morris Bay will be the subject of a consultation at a Townhall Meeting at the Old Road Primary School, where Prime Minister the Hon. Gaston Browne; the Attorney General the Honourable Steadroy “Cutie” Benjamin; Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates Casroy James; Mr. Dawood Shah, representative of the developer His Excellency Sheik Tariq Faisal Alqassemi of Dubai, Member of Parliament the Hon. Joanne Massiah and ABLP representative for the All Saints East and St. Luke Constituency Senator Colin James will be in attendance.

Details regarding the US$120 million dollar five-star luxury hotel and adjoining facilities will be provided to the residents of Old Road and members of the general public.

Consultations on the project have already been held with interest groups within the community.

All residents of Old Road and members of the general public are invited to the Townhall meeting which begins at 7:00 pm. (Ends)
